It&#8217;s a place where you can join a supportive brotherhood of 6-10 other men, all wanting more depth in themselves and in their relationships with other men.<br><br><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The 2026 Cohort: A 6-Month Journey<\/span><\/strong><br><br>Join a 6-month journey of deeper awareness, acceptance and self-exploration.<br>This is a closed circle &#8211; you commit to all six sessions, which builds trust and allows for real openness and sustained support in moments of vulnerability.<br><br>The group will collaboratively shape the themes for each session, focusing on topics relevant to your identity as a man: What does it mean for you to be a man in this world? What was the relationship with your father? How do you relate to yourself with more self-compassion and love? How do you express yourself more authentically?<br><br>Each session is highly interactive, exploring topics through meditation, sharing circles, body work, systemic practices, and individual reflection &#8211; engaging your mind, heart, and body.<br><br>Between sessions, you&#8217;ll work with a buddy and participate in individual coaching calls.
