Between Men offers English-speaking men’s circles in Brussels for men who are committed to their emotional growth and consciousness development. It’s a place where you can join a supportive brotherhood of 6-10 other men, all wanting more depth in themselves and in their relationships with other men.

The 2026 Cohort: A 6-Month Journey
Join a 6-month journey of deeper awareness, acceptance and self-exploration.
This is a closed circle – you commit to all six sessions, which builds trust and allows for real openness and sustained support in moments of vulnerability.
The group will collaboratively shape the themes for each session, focusing on topics relevant to your identity as a man: What does it mean for you to be a man in this world? What was the relationship with your father? How do you relate to yourself with more self-compassion and love? How do you express yourself more authentically?
Each session is highly interactive, exploring topics through meditation, sharing circles, body work, systemic practices, and individual reflection – engaging your mind, heart, and body.
Between sessions, you’ll work with a buddy and participate in individual coaching calls. This allows you to deepen your journey, strengthen bonds with the other men, and translate insights into your own life.
Facilitators
The sessions are professionally facilitated by Thomas Ameel (psychologist, psychotherapist, coach and group facilitator) and Felix Spira (trained coach and experienced meditator), both dedicated to creating spaces where men can explore their masculinity and truly meet each other.

• Foundation: 375 EUR (6x group sessions + 2x 30′ coaching calls)
• Immersion: 412.5 EUR (6x group sessions + 3x 30′ coaching calls)
• Deep dive: 525 EUR (6x group sessions + 3x 60′ coaching calls)
Your investment covers professional facilitation by two facilitators, personalized 1:1 support between sessions, and venue costs.
Cancellation policy: full refund if you cancel more than two weeks before the series starts; 50% refund if you cancel within two weeks, no refund if you cancel later than one week..
